He did the model which I tweaked a bit and also the smoothing groups victor had setup in Max were lost in the .obj file we use to transfer between our apps...so they were rest on my end. I also Unwrapped and textured.<br />

	<title>Fuchi in tunnel </title>

You may recognize this character...he's a Fuchikoma and is seen originally in the GITS series of books.<br />

3 of us worked on this in our spare time. <br />
It has taken approximately 2 years to get to the stage you see. Almost 1 year of that time was spent on a VERY complex, realtime IK animation setup. <br />
<br />
The realtime setup allows this character to be animated in &quot;takes&quot; via a computer mouse and keyboard with keys mapped to the various body parts and actions.<br />

Todd on the game design team did a really good job at adding some originality to it by creating some fun motion sequences for this character. ]]>

Again, models are by our talented team mates (the set is a lo res model I did). <br />
Also thanks to Jaques^T for working on this with me as he helped form the main part of our &quot;no plugins used&quot; cell look and allowed me to ellaborate on that. What you see in this render is what we call Type3 cellshade. It includes some standard cell techniques along with UV and imagemap layers integrated as well.]]>
